Namitha is south indian actress, but born and grown up in mumbai. Namitha
entered the film industry through telagu films and today is top actress in
tamil film industry. Namitha, actually a Malayali was introduced into the film
industry first by Malayalam film director Siddhique. Her first fame with
popularity came by the film tamil version of the film Engal Anna.
Miss India contest brought Namitha to telugu film industry. After entering
Tollywood, she immediately grabbed the attention of telugu film lovers with
her action in both Sontam and Gemini though the films didn’t fare well in
the box office.
Among Namithas favorite actors and actress are Nandita Das, Tabu, Paresh Rawal.
